Hi,

I'm using the demo of PowerKaraoke/PowerKaraokePlus on a Win98 PC and have a question as this occurs in both versions of the software.

Everything looks great with the software except when I try and add a title picture it seems to convert the picture I designed to 2 colours instead of 16 and I end up with a "Red on Black" picture instead of my nice fancy multicoloured one.

Any idea what is causing this?

In order to use 16 color image you need to save it as 4-bit (16 color) BMP file. Otherwise PowerKaraoke might modify the color scheme you have defined.

We will probably add a color counting algorithm prior to reduction in the next release, but for now simply save your image as 4-bit BMP.
