No Lyrics

I have MP3+G files on my hard drive in Zip format. When I load them and burn to disk I only get audio tracks, no Lyics.
Any suggestions? I am using a Gateway Laptop, My burner device shown in the burner device window reads. H2 DT ST DVDRAM GSA T2ON W602

It is possible that your drive does not burn CD+G part of the disc. Could you please send us a log file created by Power CD+G Burner. It is cdgblog.txt file located in 'C:\Program Files\Doblon\Power CD+G Burner' directory (if you are using Windows Vista please press Ctrl+L and the folder containing the log file will be displayed). This will allow us to find what the problem might be.

i am having the same trouble
my burner burns the music but no lyrics
how do i remedy this please

Please send a log file created by Power CD+G Burner to
support@powerkaraoke.com. It is
