I lost every thing on my computer i got the book and had mirc tckg5 for downloading karaoke how do i get the programs back

Not to open the Mp3+G files when I right on my bin file. When I get voiced on mIRC and input new list, i get reconized,but it says that the files cannot be open. I need help.
