How LONG does it take you to REPLY to a Customers EMAIL questions . ??

Should I post my Long Email on this Forum and let you try to answer all of my questions ??

I just bought your software recently and it only coverts 5 MP3G+G file into BIN files no matter what I do .

I upgraded to your Newest 1.17 software and that is when my problems began ,,, it seems as if there is no un-lock code BUT !! When I look at ABOUT ,, it has my name there as if there a un-lock code already there .

PLEASE ! HELP ! SOON !!

Please try downloading Power CD+G Burner version 1.1.8 and see if it works properly. If it does not please send me pcdgblog.txt file located in C:\Program Files\Doblon\Power CD+G Burner directory.
