Power CDG Control

Is there a way to get the CDG control to display the graphics for me but not play any of the sound?

I have already designed and created the player. I would just like to be able to sync the graphics with the mp3 that is playing by sending say the current position in the mp3 file that the player is currently at.

Is this possible or would you know of a solution to this? Or maybe a new method could be added to the control to allow time position codes to be sent to it and then it can jump to the corrent postion and start from there?

If you do not provide a soundtrack (MP3 file located in the same directory as the CDG) the control will not play it. There is also Volume property that can be used to mute sound.

You may use Seek method to set current playback position.

I thought the position property was RO writing to it is exactly what I needed. I am sending the current playing position in seconds and it works great to keep the graphics sync'd.
