Dat Files and other issues.

Post by sweeneytodd »

Hi There.

I have just bought Siglos Pro and so far I am immensly impressed with it, however I have a few queries I seek advice on please:

1. I have a whole load of video files, Original Footage for example, they are all in dat format, is there any way to get them to play in Siglos Pro?, assumedly they need converting but how would I do that?

2. When in "Add Singer" and I put in a search criteria to find a song or a disc, the Artist, Title, Disc id & track number come up (in that order from left to right) I can click on Artist and the artist list will go into alpabetical order, similar if I click on Title, the song Titles go into alphabetical order.

If I have multiple discs in that list and click on disc id it will put the disc list into numerical order.

The one thing it will not do when I click on the track column is put that list into track number order, is that the way it is or am I doing something wrong? the parsing rule I am using is (discid-trackNo) - Artist - Title.

3. I first registered with this forum last week when I purchased the item but I now know that I never received a confirmation email to activate that registration, to get on here today I have had to register under a different username and email addy, the log in page would not let me use the username and email I registered with last week, it said something like I had used an inactive username or something similar, I really would like to use that so called "inactive" username and it's password and email addy as thay are easy to remember for me, can this be done.

Thanks for your help.

Eddie.
