Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

I'm getting an error when i try and open up the Free Trial of the Karaoke DVD Burner. It says "The application has failed to start because its side_by_side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail."

What the heck does that mean??! and where is the application log??

It looks like the software did not install correctly. Please try running this program:

http://www.powerkaraoke.com/download/vcredist_x86.exe

and see if it helps.
