Karaoke DVD Burner doesn't burn anything

I bought the DVD program today, got all my songs set up and the program went through converting everything (I can see where there are 98 mpg files tracks 1-98) and then it went through building the menus, etc., it got to 100% and then that was it. The menu buidler dialog box went away as if it was preparing to do the next thing, but It never even started to burn the DVD (and yes, I have a DVD burner that works.)

So, what happened? I don't see in Karaoke DVD Burner where it identifies the hardware. All the mpg files look and sound right (I can play them with Windows Media Player) but they're not on a DVD. What gives??

Maybe you selected 'Create Files' instead of 'Create and Burn'? Please check if 'Burn Existing Files' command is active.

Seems like the obvious answer, doesn't it? I wish it was this simple, but no, that's not it. I selected "Create and Burn" and the 'Burn Existing Files" button is not active (I wish it was!)

Also, the folder "dvd" in the drive where I designated the files to be created (in preferences) before they're burned - is empty. The program said it successfully created menus, etc., but apparently it didn't.

Today I received an email from Support suggesting that the dynamic link library cygwin1.dll could be the problem. Indeed, I had other programs that had installed their version of cygwin1.dll - in particular, Adeona, (which is a credential checking program for tracking your computer should it get stolen.) Once removed, the DVD Burner program works properly, but now I have to propogate cygwin1.dll elsewhere and hopefully the Karaoke DVD burner version of it won't confuse the other programs (though I fear it will...)

In any event, we're back in bid-ness.... Thanks for the help.
