Been using your Karaoke DVD Burner for over a month now with no problems, however today I have trouble burning the converted files onto a disc. I receive error, "Burn Process Failed"

I have not changed my discs, and I use the slow speed for burning, which never had problems with. I have also tried burning DVD's on other program but have no issues, only with the Karaoke DVD Burner.

I really like your program, and would recommend to anyone, but at the moment I cannot complete the task of burning onto disc. (which is why I purchased in the first instance)

Please send a log file from the program to support@powerkaraoke.com. To do this please start
Karaoke DVD Burner and press Ctrl+SHIFT+L. The folder that will open
should contain kardvdlog.txt file -- it is a log file for the program.

Are you using +R or -R blank DVD's?

You may want to try the other type or another brand all together.

Hi I'm using DVD-R and have not changed the brand at all and the burn process used to work with these discs.

I have since been able to burn, what I did was create a new collection and it seems to work. I think I may have had a corrupt file within the collection I was trying to burn.
