Karaoke DVD Burner Problem

Hi,
Burnt a DVD no problem, but then wanted to burn another, so created new file, converted files (clicked on Create & Burn) as usual, waited about 30 minutes then clicked on Burn, waited another 10 minutes, this is all fine except when I view my disc in Karaoke Machine the disc is a repeat of previous disc burnt, so time and DVD wasted !!!!!!!!
Am I doing something wrong? I have also closed down and restarted DVD Burner to create NEW disc and still the damn thing repeats my previous disc, 3 times this has happened.
So frustrated !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
