Transferring Karaoke Creator to Laptop

I moved all my Power Karaoke stuff to my laptop with no problem but when i moved the Creator it wouldn't work. Each time i tried to open it, it said it was having a problem and had to close. I downloaded from the site and it tells me it is a trial version. HELP.

Do the latest version function properly? What is your operating system? If over one year has passed since the purchase date, you need to renew the license to upgrade the program to the latest version.

The copy on my desktop works fine. I'll just buy the new license.
