Siglos Karaoke Player/Recorder lock up or freezes

Siglos Karaoke Player/Recorder stops in the middle of a song for approx 4 to 5 sec and restarts, or at times it locks up, I am using windows xp and window 7. Program locks up more in windows 7.

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the program.

I have the latest version of the siglos karaoke player/recorder..it froze up several times last night during a show, had to reboot to get it going again only to have it freeze up again after about 5 songs
...very embarrassing when you have a club full of singers

Did the program freeze on the same song? Was there any particular action that caused the program to freeze? What is the format of songs you have?

About 90% of what I have are zip, with a handful of BIN and another handful of MP4. After the 5th song is played, I type in another, click open and it freezes...and no, never on the same song

Please do the following:
1. Run the program
2. Click in the program main window
3. Press Ctrl+Shift+L
4. Message "Log enabled" should appear
5. Restart the program
6. Follow the actions leading to the problem
7. Exit the program
8. Go to My Documents (or Documents on Vista) -- you will find "sigloslog.txt" file there. Please email it to
support@powerkaraoke.com.
Freezing up

For those who might need this help: My player was freezing up after about 4 or 5 songs. I found that the laptop was set to run a screen saver after 10 minutes. I changed the settings so that ran the screen save after 300 minutes, and, voila, it plays the disc the whole way through!! Yippee!
