Hi There,
I can download cdgs into your power burner , but there are no lyrics. Please, what am I doing wrong?. I am running at slowest speed.
Had no problem with trial version on my old laptop prior to purchase.
I have windows 7.

Are you using the same CD/DVD drive as before? It may be the drive in your Windows 7 machine does not support CD+G format properly. What is the manufacturer name of the drive?
instead of asking us each time which optical drive we burn..

can you please make a list showing compatibility of dvd/cd burners which will burn a karaoke disc properly? I don't want to buy the program and then harass people in this forum as to which cd/dvd burner works great with this program.
I would rather see a compatibility list. I"m sure you can make one.

In general we recommend Pioneer and Plextor drives for CD+G format support. You may also contact Pilot Karaoke:

They have CD/DVD drives tested for CD+G format support in their offer.
