I installed the demo version of Power CD+G Burner but when I try to run it the program seems like it is starting but then just shuts down. I have Windows XP Pro.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program twice with the same results. It simply will not start. When I try to start the program I get an an hourglass like it wants to run but then nothing happens.

I'm sorry for this. The post now is corrected. Do you have the latest Windows service pack installed?

Please send a log file created by Power CD+G Burner to support@powerkaraoke.com. It is
cdgblog.txt file located in 'C:\Program Files\Doblon\Power CD+G Burner'
directory.

Sounds like .net is not installed. Try installing optional custom items in windows update. Select and install .net!

There is no need for .NET with our software.

There is no such file in that directory. Wouldn't the program need to start up at least once for that file to be created?

If the file is not there than the program does not even begin to run. Please check if your antyvirus software is not blocking it.
