Add Singer -- "Add and Close" and "Add and Co

Hi, I just bought and downloaded Siglos Pro. I created song database and now trying to add a singer. I clicked Add Singer to get next dialouge box, but both the "add and continue" and "add and close" buttons are grayed out! If tried adding everything I could. Any would would be great. Thx.
