I think it has something to do with the new way of picking which card to pay with I have found that the double visa thing don't work well.

got it but was charge extra for going that route. I have know Idea why I couldn't the other way I have always paid that way with the same card. I still thing there is a bug with the double card selection K.I.S.S.

If I purchase siglos pro, do I have to keep buying a new or renewal license every so often?

The license renewal is not mandatory. However, when one wants to upgrade the program or receive support after one year passes since the day of purchase, the license has to be renewed.
