Unlock code fails to unlock

Get no response from Adam and his email keeps sending an error code, no problem taking the money seems to be a problem with activation I'm thinking maybe a scam, but hoping not!

this is not I repeat not a scam I have been dealing with them for over 5 years and have be very happy with the product and the service. If you are having issues unlocking a product if you give them a chance they will solve it for you. Always check you spam mail as a number of times the mail will go there because of your mail settings. Let them now what the compleate troubles are and what you are doing that way they can let you know ASAP as to what you need to do to resolve the issue.

Very interesting poll. You have requested to replace the purchased Siglos license with Karaoke DVD Burner, thus the originally received Siglos unlock code was canceled. Your last order for Siglos was canceled as doubled, and you were not charged. Please place a new order for Siglos, and you will receive the new unlock code this time.
