I just went to purchase your Power CD+G Burner Full Version Thru the Plimus web site that I was forwarded to. When I got there it gave me and option to upgrade the download to Power CD+G Play/Burner Pack Full Version for $69.00 vs. $39.00 for just the burner program. I opted for the full set and paid thru paypal. Well instead of these two programs being downloaded I was given a link to download Siglos Karaoke Pro which I already own and really dont want another serial number for.

I downlaoded Power CD+G Burner program and tried to use the serial number you sent me and it wont take it! All I really wanted was Power CD+G burner program but was hoodwinked into not getting it at all and substituted something I already have! I do not understand why I have recieved Siglos as the web page said I was getting power CD+G Player/Burner Pack Full Version, NOT SIGLOS!

Why am I being ripped off like this?

I have already been contacted by the company, on a 3 day weekend no less, and we are working to resolve this issue. Thanks for the quick replies. It is nice to know that somebody cares and pays attention to something other then their wallet.

Why do you think you are being ripped off. They are human and you are dealing with computers. Data in gets data out. Before you say you are being ripped off Tell them the trouble that you are having and allow them to correct it. I have yet to see anything like this that they do not correct.

I do not know what is going on -- the selected pack contains Power CD+G Player Pro, not Siglos. We are sorting this out.

Well... This was very weird... When I pushed the buy buy button it sent me to paypal then I did the paypal stuff and when it sent me back it opened up a window that said Thankyou for buying Siglos with a s/n. I already own Siglos, so this pretty much torked me off! If I would have done a bit more research, the s/n it sent was my original s/n for Siglos which I purchased 2 yrs ago. HMMM... well my pay pal was not charged, so far anyway, and I have purchased Power CD+G Burner by itself sucessfully and am 99% satisfied... 1% still upset about the anguish I went thru yesterday. But in a few days I should forget about it and be 100% happy
