Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

A problem has developed when I convert the mpg and cdg files, using the programme, it stops at 100% and will not finalize.
As a result I have the graphics but no sound.
I have converted over 1000 karaoke songs with no problem and would appreciate any advice.
For the record I have uninstalled the prog. and then reinstalled but the problem persists.

Does it happen with eery song, or is there a particular one that is causing the problems?

This occurs with every song, and even the songs I have converted already will not reconvert and finalise.

Have you tried updating your DirectX?

I have on my pc the updated version of directx, but the problem persists.

What compression settings are you using? Also what compression is used in MP3 files (VBR? CBR?).

I am using the settings video kilo bitrate 1140, audio kilo bitrate 128,
width 0, height 0, quality 90%, framerate... source, quality 90%, VBR.
