Power CD+G Burner will not register

I have purchased the Power CD+G Burner software and am trying to put it on a new computer and it is not allowing me to register it. The code I have is:
Please send me a new code or reset this one so I can use the software again. Thank you.

Please make sure you are using the original registration e-mail address when unlocking the software.
