I have my unlock code and cant remember ow to unlock my prog

6 months ago I bought a new laptop for my show, unlocked and and was up and running the past 6 months. I had to download somw HP updates and defrag my computor, now my program wont run the karaoke song. Do i need to put the unlock code in again. Thanks Rene

If you need to enter your unlock code just click on help and enter it there
I found out it was a HP update that messed with my program

I had to restore my system on my computer. so I did, and then I reinstalled the karaoke program, and now I am having problems downloading or I mean importing my karaoke songs to the data base. Every time I try to do it. I see the window that says making file list, but it doesn't look like it is extracting the data. bar in not coloring out at all or moving. then I go to cancel the import, and it says Siglos is not respawnding. please help I have 2 shows this weekend.

Please try running this registry script:
http://www.powerkaraoke.com/download/si ... efault.reg
It should revert all settings to default. If it does not help please delete siglos.db file from My Documents/My Karaoke.

How do you get to the Help menu?

The Help menu is the first menu from the right. What is the name of the program you are trying to unlock?
