Can't get Karaoke Sound Tools to Work

Dear Sir/Madam:

I've purchased three programs from you. The first two worked as advertised. The subject program doesn't. It will not permit me to download the updated version and comes up with Error Code 255. After I adjust the CDG song and process it, I can't transfer the adjusted CDG to somewhere I can burn it to a blank CD-R.

Can you please help me????

Please make sure the program is not being blocked by antivirus software. If necessary add it to the list of exclusions.

Regarding the second problem, what do you mean by you can't transfer it. Is the output file created? Is there any error message displayed?
