SReg Says Order Processed, but Have Not Received Code Email

Hi folks, re the email below, I still have not had my order completed.
I have not recieved my confirmation/unlock code. Please advise.

I do not understand what SWReg is doing. I have sent you the unlock code and will make one more complain to SWReg. Thank you for your patience.
