I purchased for $40.01 on 2/14/11 a software that I have not been able to use until recently. Today I opened the powerkaraoke and the announcement indicates that I am trial member only. I was not sent a cd to download, you did it by internet. Was the $39 package a trial only?

Did you try to unlock the program with the unlock code received after the purchase? Please contact support@powerkaraoke.com directly.
