cannot detect dvd writer device

[Jemshope]

Hey quick question, I used DVD Burner on Windows XP successfully.

I recently upgraded my OS to Windows 7 with exact same hardware/computer and there are No Errors with any drives, dvd, cd, etc.

But I get the error "cannot detect dvd writer device" when I try to burn with Karaoke DVD Burner..?

Have you tried to use the CD/DVD drive in question with some other software to burn DVD discs?
