Im having difficulty converting the bin files into mpg files using the Power cdg converter. I've ripped them off a cgd disc using Power Burner but when I convert them, they won't play on windows media player. I have the full versions of the programs. Please help me!!

I've only tried the Power CD+G to AVI Converter trial version. I converted some CDGs to AVI/DIVX format and I was able to open them using media player and divx. Do you have directx 9 installed? What OS are you using?

Are you able to play MPG files on your computer? Please try updating your DirectX from
http://www.microsoft.com/download. What operating system are you using?

Yes i can play mpg files on my computer. im using windows XP home edition. I've just tried updating the dierctX but it doesnt seem to have worked. Its not the converter thats the problem because i downloaded sunfly 9 as zipped bin files and managed to convert them to mpg files no problem. ive got the trial version of Power CDG Player and when i rip the cdg discs onto the computer it doesnt play them. its just a black screen with no sound. Maybe I should just buy a cdg compatible burner and do a straight copy. what do u think?? This is doing my head in!!!
