Chat feature.

wouldn't it be nice if there were a set time maybe a couple of times a day or even once a week where someone with an issue could just request a chat with Adam or someone that you help them right then instead of on hear taking sometimes a week or longer to work through an issue. I know you guys do you best to help us but sometimes waiting a full day or two to get an answer is a pain in the well you know where! Add a chat request feature.
