My laptop crashed.

Hi, I had purchased your combo program on March 25 2010, and was using it successfully, until my computer crashed last week. I lost all the programs and information, but I installed some of them again with the old links that I was holding in my email when I made the purchase. The purchase order is 87923, but the only programs that I can't reinstall are: Karaoke Video Creator and Karaoke cdg Creator Pro. Could you help me please? I appreciate your attention and help. Thank you very much, and congratulations for your programs which are the BEST in the whole Karaoke world.

Did you update both creators to the latest versions? If so, you need to renew the program licenses as your one year of free support&upgrades has passed. Please visit "Renewals" section in our webstore.

No,I did't. I used the oldies links that I hide from the date that I purchased. March 25 2010.
I was send you the purchase order.

The links always lead to the latest version. Please use your backup copy of the setup file stored on your computer.

Yes, I did it, but I can't unlocked, the programs don't recognized the codes and are working like trial version.

The direct links always lead to the latest version of the program, and as I have wrote earlier, the license renewal is required when updating the program to the latest version. Please visit "Renewals" section in our webstore to place the order.
