Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

Hello, I am ready to buy the program that converts CDG discs to MP4s. So far I downloaded the trial version and converted a few songs at one minute each. While they play just fine on my computer using itunes, they are not transferred over to my iphone or ipad, it simply states that the phone or ipad does not support that "type" of file. Is this a limitation in regards to the trial version or is it like this with the real version when I purchase it? Is this a bug? The converted file states that it is a MP4 so I don't know why it is not recognized. I dowloaded a few songs in MP4 format from a karaoke online store and these play just fine on my ipnone and ipad but not the converted CDGs one that I converted using the trial version.

MP4 files created by trial version should work on your idevice. I am not sure why it does not work, you may try changing the processing mode in Settings.
