cannot find PawLib.dll reinstall application

I installed CD+G Burner 2 several times and get the same message when I try to open program.Cannot find PawLib.dll reinstall application.I open the CD+g burner folder and the PawLib.dll file is there.

I am not sure what might be the reason. Did you change the installation folder or you used default?
You may try to disable your antivirus software for the time of the installation.

I tried everything.Turned off Virus protection,used default folder.
I installed trial version,and nothing works.It must be something in the Registry.What else can it be????
