Siglos Professional 2.0.16 This operation requires elevation

Updated to 2.0.16 from 2.0.13. Siglos won't start. I get the error "This operation requires elevation."

Account I am running from has full Administrator privileges. I tried re-installing and running as administrator to no avail. I had to re-install version 2.0.13 which works fine. I need it for tomorrow night, so I'll just stick with 2.0.13 until there is a solution. Can anybody help? OS= Windows 7 Home Premium with Service Pack 1
