Creation of CD+G file works but has no sound

I loaded the MP3 soundtrack and synched the text. I saved as pk2 file for future changes. Made one CD+G file that worked. Wanted to change clear screen settings, loaded pk2 file and created another CD+G under different filename. Sound was gone. Tried numerous times with other settings, file names etc. can't produce another CD+G file with sound.
What is wrong?
I have a registered version. 2.4.8
Please help

You need to make sure a filename for a MP3 soundtrack matches exactly a filename of a CDG file. If you have changed the CDG filename, you need to change the filename for the MP3 file as well.
