Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

Hello,
I just purchased the karaoke professional and I have a couple issues.

- When using an active background the video plays very nicely with the lyrics superimposed over the video, however the video restarts after every singer, I would like it to play continually.

- I have several Karaoke files that are in avi format that i've never had trouble playing before however when using the active background its as if it isn't deactivated when an avi karaoke file tries to play. It is displayed scrambled as if its trying to play two video files simultaniously.

- If I deactivate the active background the video karaoke will play correctly however it only displays in a very small portion of the bottom left corner of the singers screen.

These are the only problems i've had so far. Your support is appreciated thank you. Also I am using the most current version of your software. I am running windows 7 ultimate.

So I understand you have a long video that you would like to play continuously for several songs? This feature is not possible right now, but I will add this to the list of things to include in the software.

Regarding the other problem - please download and install the following codec pack:

I installed the codec pack and was able to play one video properly. In order to keep it from scrambling it seems I have to restart the program. It will also still play in a very tiny window in the bottom left corner like I mentioned before. I've used an older version of the software and never had this problem before. I took a screenshot of what I am seeing. Thank you.

Ok it seems to behave very strangely. Is I reduce it then make it full screen or drag it from one screen to the other then back and make it full screen sometimes it will go full screen and play properly, however sometimes it will freeze I can't say what happens consistantly, very hit and miss.

Also it seems if I reduce on the singers screen and drag it to my screen it becomes the full size at which time I can drag it back to the singers screen and maximize it will work properly.

Ok sorry for posting those as guest. I just tried clicking "use current position" when everything was set right and that seems to make it stay where I need it to. If I have any further problems I'll post again, kind of strange though eh?

Also I appreciate the offer to incorporate that suggestion into a future update. What I would really like out of it is the ability to use a music visualizer something like milkdrop or geiss as the background, would be ideal. Thank you!

Yes, we took couple of approaches to visualizers, but it really is a huge task to implement it properly. But it is on our list.
