Power CD+G Burner

I did the demo and 5 songs worked on converting from MCG to CDG. I was able to play the song on Virtual DJ and see the lyrics.
So I purchase the software and when I do the same thing the song plays but no video. I did nothing different. The files convert but no lyrics!!

To add to this it did actually convert several songs but then I got an error message. So I re tried it and it doesn't work.

It said it had to stop working because it encountered a problem.

Please try to reboot the computer, and then retry. Please let me know if it changes anything. Please try to convert different files this time.

Also, when I played song through VDJ the title didnt show up. It would play the music then the lyrics would just show up. Any help? Again.

This is a CDG disc that I ripped. It worked but it didn't show the title before the lyrics displayed.
How do I go about sending the song?
