Extra 3 mins added to end of file when exporting to cdg/mp3

When I create a file using a program called KHpro and export to cdg/mp3 the karaoke file plays perfectly in Karafun and other karaoke programs but in Siglos it continues to play silence for a further 3 minutes. I can solve the problem by changing the mp3 to a wav file in KHpro and then exporting to a bin file. Then using Power cdg + burner to convert from bin to cdg/mp3 and the file plays correctly without the extra 3 mins of silence but why should I have to do all this. I can see no ectra time on the mp3 file but if I play the cdg file in Siglos it continues for an additional 3 mins.
