Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

Hello--can anyone please help me. I have been using Siglos pro for a few years with little trouble. On the last two occasions, Siglos has locked up towards the end of a karaoke track, before the playlist should click in. The loading cursor keeps going round and round.Didn't wait,so I shut down the computer and restarted it. Had to turn off computer by pressing down on start button as I couldn't use the mouse.To avoid any karaoke track from further freezing, I quickly start the playlist track before the karaoke track finishes.many thanks

I am sorry for the problem. Please do the following:

1. Run the program
2. Click in the program main window
3. Press Ctrl+Shift+L
4. Message "Log enabled" should appear
5. Restart the program
6. Follow the actions leading to the problem
7. Exit the program
8. Go to My Documents (or Documents on Vista) -- you will find "sigloslog.txt" file there. Please email it to support@powerkaraoke.com.

I am using version 2.0.22. Don't have 'wait for songs' checked.Could this contribute to the problem?many thanks

Hello Adam--have paid for updates Did you get a chance to look at the sigloslog.txt file to see what may have caused the problem? Have since disabled other programes that may have interfered eg anti virus. When using Siglos,I don't use the internet, thanks :D

Okay, I finally discovered why I am freezing. I have another karaoke program that use's songs in the wma format. I've discovered them mixed in and when they come up in rotation it causes my computer to freeze. So if you'r freezing on certain songs, track down that particular song and check the format. Good Luck
