SKP Video jumpy and behind

I recently updated a computer to Windows 7 and now the program display screen is lagging behind and jumpy. There is 4 gig of ram and very little else on this computer! I have tried everything I can think of, so PLEASE HELP ME

disable the virus program and turn off blue tooth and internet! I had to do that.

What is the format of files you are having problems with?

the format is mp3g and the same song and everything works with the old computer just fine using XP. The upgrade is due to a weak screen on the XP machine and time for an update. I tried the changes suggested last night and no difference

Please try to change video renderer in File -> Settings -> Display.
