On Screen Intro Counter

I know this may sound silly to some. I still use a background CD when doing a Karaoke night. I like to fade out the CD during the "intro" of the Karaoke track. My intro time is set to 5 seconds before audio starts in the settings of Pro.
What I would like if possible is to see a count down on my preview screen or the main screen(s) so I can see exactly when the Karaoke Audio is going to kick in. - It's not hard to count to 5 I know... but when your not thinking and just getting through as many as you can, sometime I press start.
My thinking is... The programme knows to start the CDG file 5 seconds before audio, surely making a timer count down show on screen isn't to difficult for those cleaver people who do the biz programming?
