This software makes our karaoke parties a blast! Especially the latest video abilities between songs. Thank you, love it.

My only 'gripe' is that the background pictures that are cycling through during the song are repeating very very quickly. I have at least 250 photos (each are about 300kb in size), and any given set of 20 will repeat the same photo 3 or 4 times.

Is there a way to program the 'random' to shuffle the photos as a set and then play through them instead of picking a random photo each time (which would lead to the possibility of the same photo being randomly selected again).

This same issue also applies to the random fill-in songs/videos that play between the karaoke songs. I have noticed that the same song/video will repeat in rather short order.

Or am I missing something on the settings?

I'm sorry, but there is not such option. The only solution is for the user to prepare such set and use it in the program.

Would it be too bold to cross my fingers for a (simple) fix on the next upgrade? I can't imagine it is that tough of a fix.

Very embarrassing when the same fill-in song plays twice in a row (yes, that happens).

Any chance this request can be re-visited? The random pictures during the show continues to haunt me. And the issue with the 'random-ness' extends to the video fill-in's that I use. I use saved music video files as fill-in's between songs, and I end up chasing away the same video several times with-in a short period of time. Quite frustrating considering this can't possibly be a difficult fix.

I tried out your new version and it didn't work for me. I had several repeats within the first song.

I assume that you have 'Random order' enabled in Settings / Display. What is the slide duration? Also do you have images or folders in the list?
