I desperately need help with ripping a cdg in burner2

I was able to rip the first cdg successfully and get the files to play. I started to rip my second disc and the program shows the songs in the rip window. When I click the rip button, the window shows up that the first track is ripping, but nothing happens. Then I get a message that burner is not responding. Please help me! I really need this program to work consistently.

Please reboot the computer, and then retry. Please let me know if it changes anything.
Power cdg burner 2 will not rip disc

I rebooted my computer as you suggested thinking I would try to make things work again today. Still, power cdg burner will let me put the song titles into the window. I check select all, make sure of my drive to save the work to, make sure the other small drop down box is set like it should be, but when I click rip, the small window opens to show the program is ready to rip the tracks but nothing happens. It is obvious that the tracks are not being ripped. I then get a message that says power cdg burner 2 is not responding. I appreciate all the help I can get!

You may try downloading and running this file:

It will revert Power CD+G Burner 2 to default settings.
