Thousands of Files after RIP

I have just used Power CD+G Burner for the first time. The software has created literally THOUSANDS of small files in my Documents folder. Each file is just a few KB's with a name similar to "27055204" - I have no idea why its done this and its taking ages to delete them. Does anybody know what is happening and why and how I can stop this happening?

Are you sure that it was Power CD+G Burner that caused these files to appear?

I have Power CD+G Burner on my windows 8 laptop and I don't have any of these files in my documents folder. I will check my windows xp laptop later.
