Clip allows to remove starting and ending part of the CD+G song. You may use files in MP3+G, ZIP, or BIN format.
There are three modes for processing beginning of the song:
Skip silence at the beginning of the song |
This is the default mode. The program automatically detect the moment when music starts and tries to remove dead air at the beginning. |
Cut at the first possible moment |
Here you may define proprietary amount of time that will be removed from the beginning of the song. Usually it is not possible to make a cut at the exact point, but the program will do its best. |
Add silence at the beginning |
This option add silence before the song starts. It may be used if the music starts too soon. |
End of the song also has three modes:
Skip silence at the end of the song |
This is the default mode. The program automatically detect the moment when music ends and cuts the graphic part there. |
Cut before the end of the lyrics |
Program shortens the song at the end |
Add silence at the end |
Makes the song longer by adding silence at the end |
Depending on destination folder mode selected Karaoke Sound Tools will create songs in the new folder or will append '-clipped' to the song name and write new files in the same folder as the original song.
