After your payment has been verified you will receive an email with the serial number that will unlock full functionality of the software (the email will be sent to you as soon as possible, usually immediately.)

We do not send a boxed or CD version of our software.

All purchases include one year of free updates and support. You may use the original version or any version released within the year after purchase, but to use the version released later you need to purchase a renewal package that will give you updates for another year.

Fully functional evalution versions of our software are available for download and we strongly encourage you to try it before buying to see if it suits your needs.

FAQ

When will my unlock code arrive

We send unlock codes by email not later than in 48 hours after the purchase. Usually the unlock code is sent immediately.

Special pricing orders and upgrades are sometimes processed manually (this happens if email address has changed since last order), so they may take a little longer (usually couple of hours, not longer than a day).

I have waited and no code has arrived

Please check your order status using this link. If your order status is correct, please send us an email and let us know of the situation. But please be aware of the following:

• We send the unlock code by email, so you need to make sure that your email account will accept emails from us. If you have spam filtering software enabled then adjust it so emails from domain powerkaraoke.com will be let through.
• If you have more than one email addresses, please let un know of them. Maybe the other one is not working properly or is not accepting emails from us.
• If you have done all of the following then please post a message in Registration problems section of our discussion forum. Do not need give all you personal details here, just enough to identify you. We will post back.

How do I unlock my software?

The email that you will receive from us will have the download link (if you have already downloaded and installed the trial version there is no need to re-download) and the code you need to enter in the Unlock window in the software.
The best way to enter the unlock code is to select the entire email with the unlock key (press Ctrl+A), and then copy it to the clipboard (press Ctrl+C). All fields in Unlock dialog should be filled in.
