are you installing from a backup of the original software you purchased, or did you download the newest version form the site?

all software includes 1 year of updates, but there have been many advances since 2011.

your code will register for the original software, but the current software is CDG Burner 2 and you can upgrade for only $19

I bought this September 11 ,2009. It won't let me register in my new computer . It worked yesterday
