I want to try out the software before I buy. Trial software I downloaded cannot hear sound cannot see graphics. You have this software and cannot access it so to determine whether or not to buy. I have sound choice disks and pocket songs cd's The songs do not display I try out and it does not work. You give alot of choices on which to buy. I do not know which one is helpful so I can make the right choice to buy.

What is the name of the program you are testing? Are you trying to playback CD+G disc directly from the CD/DVD drive? If there is no sound or picture, it probably means the CD/DVD drive you have does not read CD+G data properly.
