c ++ runtime error

I am also receiving this shut down error. Am running siglos pro
1.2.105 have tried all suggestions to no avail. This did not happen until i ripped songs from "ll star karaoke"and it only seems to be happening on most of the songs from these disk. I am a new customere and getting a little nervous whethter these issues are resolvable. I still have about 300 more disks to rip.
