Power cd+G to MP4 Converter doesn't work get error everytime

I had it working for 65 file and then it failed on 1 file and now I can't make it work on any file again even ones I did before. I get this error
"Cannot create processing graph"
doesn't matter what I try and convert or what options I use

anyone have any idea how to fix this.

Please restart your computer and reinstall the program. If it does not help please try installing K-Lite codec pack from:

http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_l ... c_pack.htm

I notice every time there is a new update of the OS it starts to fail again.
I will try to install that file and see if it solve the problem.
