Program shuts down after one file conversion

I purchased Power CD+G to Video Karaoke Converter 2 a couple of days ago and activated it with no problem. The issue that I have is that after it completes one conversion the program shuts down. I have tried to select multiple files with the same result. It completes the first conversion and gets about half way through the next when it closes. Any suggestions?

Please download and install the following codec pack and see if that helps:

I downloaded and installed the codec but it didn't help. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but still no luck. In case you need to know I am running Windows 7.

I am sorry that the problem persists. What output format are you using? Did you try changing it?

I tried both AVI and MPEG but got the same result.

I have no idea what might be the reason. Can you try this on a different machine?

I only have one computer to try it on. Can you let me try a different product of yours that would allow me to convert CDG to AVI?

I will email you the older version of the program. But in the meantime please try to disable CD+G enhancements and see if it makes any difference.
