Karaoke DVD Burner on windows 8

Have downloaded Karaoke DVD Burner. Does not this with Windows 8?

Getting an error message when I try and install it

Karaoke DVD Burner works on Windows 8, it has been tested on both 64 and 32 bit. What is the error message that you are getting?

Will not install even with admin privileges, or compatibility mode. Windows 8 64-bit.

Error message:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Doblon\...\CDGSource.ax

Unable to register the DLL/OCX: RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x3..

Don't know if the exit code is truncated due to error message window size or not

OK, after updates and installing 2008 x64 Visual C++ redist (no idea if the latter had any effect) it started to work Let's give the trial a spin and see if I'll cough up the dough for the full version...
