Please re-download and re-install, this issue should be fixed. The version number did not change.

Not sure if anyone else is having the same problem I'm having on the new version.

Wait For Songs doesn't seem to work. If the singer does not have any song in the que, KP will skip over this person as opposed to stopping on the singer and waiting for a song selection. I think this is causing other problems that I've encountered. If there's no songs in any que i.e. no singer has any song left, KP will cycle from one name to the next without stopping. It will finally stop on the last singer that had a song.

Now for the Fill-In Playlist problem. If I'm using videos in my Fill-In Playlist and I have the Wait For Songs checked it crashes KP. The videos is also choppy when there is a song in the que and the singer announcement screen is on. Starting KP with videos already in the Fill-In Playlist and the Wait For Songs is checked causes KP to crash.

IMHO I think because the Wait For Songs feature is not working properly this is causing KP to crash.

Piotr or Adam, isn't the Wait For Songs feature supposed to stop at every singer? Even if he/she doesn't have a song, then the host can continue manually to the next singer if that person doesn't want to sing or can enter a song should that person want to sing.

I also think that an enhancement to this feature could be to add a box next to the singer's name so the host can check it if he/she wants KP to stop at that singer even without a song in que, or the host just leaves the box unchecked and KP will skip over that singer. Hope you understand what I'm saying.

[UPDATE]: I downloaded and reinstalled KP as you instructed others to do and I found that the crashing problem is fixed. But the problem with Wait For Songs being checked and KP cycling through all of the singers in my list without a song in que is still there, except now it will stop at the next singer that follows the last singer. I still think it should stop at the next singer regardless if that singer has a song in que or not. It shouldn't cycle through ALL the singers.

[UPDATE]: I'm still having the choppy video in the playlist problem. As I mentioned before, it looks like any KP crashing problem has been fixed. My KP no longer crashes with the Wait For Songs checked. But as I've stated before, I think the Wait For Songs feature is not working properly. I could be wrong and it is working as it should, but my suggestion for the enhancement makes more sense IMHO. So for now, I'm going to stick to mp3's and not use any videos for the Fill-In Playlist.

Not showing correct singer in current and next...moves to next singer but still shows previous singer in current until you click on playlist then back to rotation then it is correct.

'Wait for songs' is one of the most complicated things we did in Siglos, regarding rotation management. The original algorithm did not anticipate anything like this, so it is difficult to implement. Hornet's suggestion will be added (along with possibility to edit other singer's attributes), but for now version 2.0.20 (I will publish it in a minute) should behave better.

We have also added possibility to disable singer announcement overlay on fill-in videos.

Thanks for the quick response Piotr. I had a feeling the Wait For Songs feature was the culprit and it mad KP think too hard about it. I'm sure all of the KP users appreciate the effort that PowerKaraoke is putting in to a great product. This is why I LOVE your products! Quick response to your customer's problems and concerns! Keep up the GREAT WORK!! 8) :D 8) :D

i am still having the issue with video renderer 7.
it will play the avi i use for the intro, but with cdg it stays on the announcement screen. renderer 9 works though, but not as smoothly as 7.

the supplied panning backgrounds.
another issue. i thought it may be something to do with forcing the ffmpg codec...i disabled that and tried again and got a pop up i have never seen before saying that the renderer i have picked (renderer 7) is not compatible without ffmpg and gave me two options, enable force ffmpg or continue without. either option i choose gives the same result of staying on the announcement screen....but the first time it does the announcement shows over the panning background.
